Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to use this website and find the information you need. This section provides some guidance to help you get the most out of the Max Rider website.

Finding your way around

The basic things to remember:

  • Every time you click on a link, you will be taken to another page.
  • The links are words in blue and bold (although some may be pictures). They are easy to spot because your cursor will change from a pointer to a hand as it hovers over them.
  • You can always find your way back to the Home Page by clicking on the Max Rider logo in the top left hand corner of every page.

Searching the site

You can search the whole site for information by clicking on Search at the top right of the page and entering a keyword or phrase. To get the best results from your searches:

  • Make sure you spell each word correctly and leave spaces between each word.
  • Use keywords that are likely to be included in the page you are looking for.
  • If you don't get the results you want, try words different words with a similar meaning.
  • To search for exact phrases, use quotation marks around the phrase. For example, "urban riding".

Note that searches are not case sensitive, so using capital letters won't make any difference to your search.

Downloading documents

Downloadable documents on our site are provided in a variety of formats. The most common are PDF, Word and Excel.

Most computers already have the software to open these document formats. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader (for reading PDFs), it is available from the Adobe website. If you are having difficulty downloading any of the resources available on the Max Rider website, please contact us. We would be happy to email or post you the information you need.
